Are all products 100% authentic?

Absolutely. At Noah’s Closet, we pride ourselves on sourcing 100% authentic, high-quality products directly from official international brands. We manage all import logistics to ensure your items are genuine and reach you safely.

How long does delivery take and what are the costs?

Our delivery timeline depends on the type of item you choose:
Pre-Order Items: Typically arrive within 2-3 weeks from order confirmation, allowing for international sourcing and quality checks.
Immediate Purchase Items: Delivered within 3-5 business days across Egypt. All displayed product prices already include international shipping and custom fees. A minor local shipping fee (100-120 LE) will be added at checkout based on your location.

How does the Pre-order Payment & Deposit system work?

To confirm your pre-order, a 50% deposit of the total order value is required upfront. The remaining 50% will be due upon the item’s arrival at our facility in Egypt, just before local dispatch to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

For both deposits and final payments, we offer completely secure options:
Paymob Accept: Secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, Digital Wallets, or flexible installments through valU.
InstaPay: Direct and quick bank transfers.
Vodafone Cash: Easy mobile wallet transfers.

What is your return and exchange policy?

As most of our items are custom-sourced specifically for you, returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, the wrong model, or the incorrect size based on your original order. To be eligible, you must initiate the request within 2 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
