Shipping Information
We primarily operate on a pre-order model, bringing you exclusive items directly from their origin countries. We also offer a selection of immediate purchase items for faster delivery.
- Pre-Order Items:
* Delivery Time: Pre-order items typically arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of your order confirmation. This timeframe allows for international sourcing, shipping, and quality checks before dispatch.
* Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our local facility in Egypt.
* Process: Once you place a pre-order, we secure the item from our trusted international suppliers. We then manage all import logistics to ensure it reaches you safely. - Immediate Purchase Items:
* Delivery Time: Items from our ‘Immediate Purchase’ section are ready to ship. These orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days within Egypt. * Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order leaves our warehouse. - Shipping Costs:
- The prices displayed for our products include all international shipping and import fees.
- A separate local shipping fee (90-120LE) based on your location.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. As most orders are custom-sourced and placed specifically for you upon a confirmed deposit, our return policy is designed to reflect this unique process. Please read our policy carefully.
- Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product you received is damaged, the wrong model, or the incorrect size based on your original order.
- For these eligible cases, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within [2 days] from the date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Payment Policy
At Noah’s Closet, we aim to make your shopping experience convenient and secure. As we source unique, high-quality products from international brands, we operate with a deposit system for most orders. Here’s how you can make payments:
1. Deposit for Order Confirmation (50%)
To confirm your pre-order and secure your desired items, a 50% deposit of the total order value is required upfront. This allows us to proceed with sourcing and importing your chosen products. The remaining 50% will be due upon the item’s arrival at our facility in Egypt, just before local dispatch to you.
2. Accepted Payment Options
We currently accept the following secure payment methods for both deposits and final payments:
- Paymob Accept (Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets, Installments): Pay securely online using your Visa or Mastercard, digital wallets, or explore flexible installment plans through ValU. When you select this option at checkout, you’ll be securely redirected to Paymob’s trusted platform to complete your transaction. Your sensitive financial details are handled directly by Paymob, ensuring maximum security.
- InstaPay: Make direct transfers conveniently through your InstaPay app.
- Vodafone Cash: Easy and quick payments via Vodafone Cash.
