We strive to ensure that all Product information, descriptions, and images on our Website are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions or other content of this Website are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

• Pre-Order Products: Many of our Products are available via Pre-Order. This means the item is sourced internationally upon your confirmed order. Delivery times for Pre-Order items are estimated to be 2-3 weeks from order confirmation. These are estimates and delays may occur due to international shipping processes beyond our control.
• Immediate Purchase Products: Products designated for Immediate Purchase are available for faster local delivery within Egypt, typically within 3-5 business days.
• Stock: Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of all international shipping and import fees.

• Deposit Requirement: For Pre-Order items, a 50% deposit of the total order value is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% is due upon the Product’s arrival at our facility in Egypt, prior to local dispatch.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via Paymob Accept, which includes Debit/Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), Wallets, and Installment Plans (including ValU). We also accept payments via InstaPay and Vodafone Cash. Detailed instructions for all payment methods are provided during the checkout process.
  • Secure Payment Processing: Please note that Noah’s Closet does not directly collect or store your sensitive financial information, such as credit card details. All online payment transactions processed via Paymob are securely handled by Paymob’s platform. Upon selecting an online payment option, you will be securely redirected to Paymob’s trusted external page to complete your purchase.
• Price Changes: Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

5. Order Process

• Order Placement: By placing an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Product(s) subject to these Terms.
• Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send an email confirmation detailing your purchase and, for Pre-Orders, the deposit required. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not signify acceptance of your offer.
• Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted and a contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that the Product has been dispatched or is ready for local delivery, subject to successful payment (deposit and final payment).

Please note that due to our pre-order model and the customized nature of some items, returns or exchanges are accepted only in specific cases such as damaged products, wrong models, or incorrect sizes as per your original order.
